About

Our Story

Donna McCormick is one of the first nurse practitioners in the area to have their own practice. We started the practice January 2003 in a small three room office. A year later we moved to a larger space which we stayed until September of 2019. We now have a beautiful office on Dutchtown Road. We have three providers to ensure all patient needs are met. Our office staff is excellent at taking care of patients. Patients are treated like family. We strive to make a big difference in patients lives.

Our Mission

Enhancing the already wonderful you. We believe that every patient is unique and beautiful in their own way. We strive to make those qualities even better. We help patients achieve their best life.

Nurse Practitioner Roles

All of our advanced practice registered nurses have graduated from an appropriate masters program and are certified by a national credentialing organization. While we do not specialize, our family nurse practitioners diagnose and treat a wide array of acute and chronic conditions for all body systems across the life span. In addition, we do preventative care and wellness. We understand that mental health is a top concern at the current time. Family nurse practitioners (FNPs) often are the first to see patients with mental health issues or for primary care. Scope of practice shapes what FNPs can do when diagnosing/treating any illness. If any condition turns complicated, we refer to the appropriate specialist. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask us.
