Stem cell injections: helping the body rebuild what wore out.
Cartilage, tendon and disc tissue heal slowly because they have poor blood supply. Regenerative injections deliver concentrated healing signals straight to the damaged area, restarting a repair process the body had given up on. The procedure is done in-office, requires no surgery, and works by supporting your body's own regenerative capacity.
How it works
Signals, not surgery.
Damaged joints stall in a low-grade inflammatory state: the tissue keeps breaking down faster than it can rebuild. Regenerative injectate introduces growth factors and signalling cells that shift that balance — quieting inflammation, improving the joint's lubricating environment and prompting local repair cells back to work.
Unlike a cortisone shot, which masks pain while gradually weakening tissue, the goal here is structural: better cushioning, better tendon quality and a joint that tolerates load again.
For patients who want to pair it with a non-invasive option, our StemWave® acoustic wave device activates the same natural healing cascade from the outside and works well alongside injections.

Conditions we treat
Where regenerative injections help most.
Knees
Osteoarthritis, meniscus wear, patellar tendinopathy and post-injury stiffness.
Shoulders
Rotator cuff tendinopathy, partial tears, bursitis and arthritic shoulders.
Hips
Degenerative hip joints, gluteal tendinopathy and trochanteric bursitis.
Spine & low back
Facet joint pain, degenerative disc changes and chronic lumbar strain.
Elbows, wrists & hands
Tennis and golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel symptoms, thumb arthritis.
Feet & ankles
Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy and chronic ankle instability.
What to expect
Four steps, start to finish.
Consultation & workup
We review your pain history, prior imaging, injections and surgeries, and examine the joint. Bloodwork and metabolic markers are checked, because inflammation, vitamin D and blood sugar all affect healing.
Choosing the right therapy
Not everyone needs the same product. Depending on your tissue and goals we may recommend cell-based injectate, PRP, peptides, StemWave acoustic therapy, or a combination protocol.
The injection visit
The area is numbed and the injectate is placed precisely into the joint space or damaged tendon. Most appointments take under an hour and you walk out the same day.
Recovery & follow-up
Expect mild soreness for a few days. We ask you to skip anti-inflammatories briefly so the healing response can work, then follow up at 6 and 12 weeks to measure progress.
