How CareCredit works

CareCredit is accepted in our office for treatments and services your insurance doesn't cover. Instead of paying the full balance up front, you spread it across monthly payments — with special financing available on qualifying purchases.

1. Apply in minutes

Apply online from your phone or with our front desk. Most applicants receive a decision right away.

2. Choose your plan

If approved, select from short-term special financing or longer-term reduced-rate options, depending on your balance.

3. Use it the same day

Once approved you can use your CareCredit card for treatment at your very next visit — no waiting period.

4. Reuse it anytime

Your card stays open for future visits here and at hundreds of thousands of other health and wellness providers.

Approval, credit limits, promotional periods and APR are determined by CareCredit, not by our office. Special financing terms apply only to qualifying purchases and require the balance to be paid in full within the promotional period. Interest may be charged from the purchase date if it is not.

CareCredit FAQ

What is CareCredit?
CareCredit is a health and wellness credit card designed to pay for care that insurance doesn't cover. It works like a regular credit card, but it can only be used at enrolled health, wellness and personal care providers.
Does applying affect my credit?
CareCredit runs a credit check as part of the application, which may appear on your credit report. If you'd prefer an option with no hard credit check, Cherry financing uses a soft check instead.
What financing terms are available?
CareCredit typically offers short-term special financing on qualifying purchases when the balance is paid in full within the promotional period, plus longer-term reduced-APR plans for larger balances. Terms are set by CareCredit and depend on your approval.
What can I use it for at QC?
Any self-pay service — stem cell injections, StemWave acoustic therapy, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV hydration and aesthetics — as well as visit fees and lab work insurance doesn't cover.
Can I combine CareCredit with insurance or HSA funds?
Yes. Many patients let insurance cover what it will and use CareCredit, HSA or FSA funds for the remainder. Our front desk can help you plan the split before you schedule.
How do I make payments?
Payments are made directly to CareCredit through their online account center, by phone or by mail — not through our office. Paying more than the minimum keeps promotional balances on track.
CareCredit or Cherry — which should I choose?
Cherry is often the easier starting point because it uses a soft credit check and offers qualifying 0% APR plans. CareCredit is a reusable card that works across many providers. You're welcome to apply for both and use whichever fits better.
